Plan eligibility & validity
Motawasil 59 and Motawasil 69 are available as prepaid plans only.
The plan is valid for 28 days from the date of activation or renewal.

Renewal
The subscription will automatically renew if the customer's wallet balance is equal to or greater than the applicable plan price at the time of renewal.

Unlimited Social Media
Motawasil plans include Unlimited Social Media on supported applications.
Unlimited Social usage does not consume the customer's main data allowance when used within the supported applications.
Supported social applications are Facebook (including Messenger), IMO, Telegram, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube and X.
No Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies to the Unlimited Social allowance.
Unlimited Social does not apply to tethering or mobile hotspot usage.

Voice & video calling
Voice and video calling is available through supported applications where the relevant calling functionality is available and supported.
Availability and functionality of third-party applications, including specific features such as voice and video calling, are subject to the respective application provider and applicable requirements in Saudi Arabia.

Out-of-bundle & PAYG charges
Once the main bundle allowances are fully consumed, applicable Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) rates will apply:
- On-net calls: SAR 0.35/minute
- Off-net calls: SAR 0.35/minute
- On-net SMS: SAR 0.35/message
- Off-net SMS: SAR 0.35/message
- Data: SAR 0.02/MB
All other usage outside the included plan benefits will be charged according to the applicable Salam Mobile PAYG rates.

Calls to 9200 numbers
Calls to 9200 unified numbers will be deducted from the local minutes included in the plan. Once the plan has expired or the included local minutes have been consumed, the applicable PAYG rate for calls to 9200 numbers will be SAR 0.17/minute.

VAT treatment
Direct plan purchase: VAT will be charged at the time of purchase.
Purchase using wallet balance: No additional VAT will be charged when purchasing the plan, as VAT was already applied when the wallet was recharged.
