When you Downgrade your internet plan from 500 Mbps to 300 Mbps you will be given two choices:
- Terminating your Orbit Family Pack subscription.
- Keeping your Orbit Family Pack subscription & paying the monthly fee of 55 SR / Monthly.
If the router is not working due to manufacturing defect or fault, Salam will replace the router with a new one free of charge.
When you Downgrade your internet plan from 1000 to 500 Mbps, changes will only apply to your service speed & month fee. Your Orbit Family pack subscription will not be affected.
