Existing customers will be eligible for renewal plan upon end of contract. - Renewal with new Prepaid is optional

Prepaid payments are made upfront in order to activate the service, while postpaid payments are when customers receive monthly bills for the service.

The New prepaid will have 2 commitment periods ( 6&12) Months . The customer will have to pay the full subscription fee upfront to benefit from the below prepaid promotions . And there is no refund if customer do early termination.

For Damaged devices our teams will visit you to assess the damage done to your device & if the cause of damage was misuse then you will have to pay 660 SR Excluding VAT, which means 759 SR with VAT as a penalty & once you pay the new device shall be installed.
